How can a real estate agent optimise the flow of its printed materials and thereby save time and money? The Managing Director of ERA kantoor Vandenbussche came to Perka with this question in February 2019. The brief was very clear:

I want a system that lets me lay out my flyers myself. It has to be both flexible and intuitive. On top of that, I need a hassle-free way to have my flyers printed and distributed house-to-house quickly.

With the Fileshop software, Perka developed a solution that delivered the answer to his question.

The solution: to use Fileshop as the ideal tool for improved flow

Perka created a number of templates that were made available in Fileshop. The advantage is that from now on the manager himself can create the designs easily and adapt them using an intuitive interface. He needs no prior knowledge of graphic art. Images, texts, icons are adapted on the online platform without touching the house style. Once the preview is approved, the order is passed on to the print shop immediately. The region for house-to-house distribution is named at the same time. Perka then does the rest: printing, processing through Distripost and delivering to Bpost. The total price of printing and the distribution costs are clear immediately. That means the manager can decide to adjust the number of leaflets circulated depending on the value of the property.
