AVEVE wants to reinforce its future position with the new slogan “Joy grows here” and a new store concept. The aim here is not just to go for a broader assortment, but also to put in place a lot of experience events. Imagine a BBQ or baking demonstration in one of the shops, for example. Every outlet is being urged by head office to organise such experience events.
To attract people to an experience, flyers are regularly handed out at the checkouts and posters displayed in the shops. In the past, communication between the outlets and the central marketing department relating to their production took the form of numerous e-mails. As the number of experiences increased, the need to optimise this workflow also grew. AVEVE therefore contacted Perka.
We gradually started to wonder whether the path could possibly be shortened. That’s how we came to examine, together with Perka, whether we couldn't run this printing process more simply via an online platform

The solution: from centralisation to increased decentralisation thanks to Fileshop
The first step for AVEVE was to benchmark itself against other suppliers. The marketing department already had a specific flow in mind here. They ultimately chose Perka for two reasons: firstly, the system’s flexibility and secondly, they had been happy with the printed materials supplied by the company in the past.
At one time it was quite a puzzle to find a structure that let us see when we could pass the experiences on to the printer. We passed them on when they reached us. One time that was four weeks before the start of the event, another time it was six months, with the risk that things would change in the meantime. We followed Perka’s thinking process. We saw it as sometimes making the whole thing too complicated, while sometimes it was possible to do things more simply

With the Fileshop software, the branches simply arrange their own experience events. Aveve templates are always available online. The shops can check the input and check the example for errors. With a simple click, Perka receives the order to print and the Aveveve head office knows that an experience event is scheduled. The system is also fully integrated into Aveve's internal operations.
This saves a lot of time for the central department.
